During this week you sail with the historical clipper Passaat or Aldebaran to the islands of Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling or Ameland. The Waddensea Islands are also called the pearl of North Netherlands and that’s not for nothing! Enjoy the beautiful nature that provide the islands and experience the charm of the picturesque villages. Each island has its own identity and culture and during the trip you experience the differences and unique characteristics of the islands. It is everywhere possible while visiting the islands to rent bikes to explore the “must sees” in the area.
Discover and play for children
Also for the little ones is sailing a nice journey! The ship is a family friendly ship and also the cook takes account of children on board. During the trip they find new playmates and they can carefree romp all day! You certainly do not have to wait until the children are big enough to go sailing because even babies are welcome aboard. Children from 6 years may help during sailing and this suit your taste because they feel then as a “real” sailor or pirate. They can swim, searching mussels or catching crabs. There is plenty to do for them!
