From our home port of Harlingen, our enthusiastic and experienced crew are pleased to take you on a trip throughout the beautiful sailing area that extends from the Ijsselmeer to the Oostwad. There, you will enjoy both stunning views and unspoilt nature.
Zonnewind Sailingtrips was founded in 1982, the year in which Frans and Frouke Fischer moved to Harlingen to operate charters. At that time, they did so using the tjalk named Orion.
Then in 1992, they changed tack and fitted out the Passaat for the passenger trade.
The company added the fully renovated vessel Poseidon to its fleet in 1999.
and in 2015 the clipper Aldebaran had bought by Frank and was added to Zonnewind Sailingtrips.
As of 1 January 2021 Zonnewind Zeilreizen will be continued by Frank Fischer.
